Monday Morning Motivation – Stress

(Sharing Resources to Help You Grow Personally, Professionally & Financially)

Sometimes it helps to get a little dose of encouragement — along with a good cup of coffee! — to start the day. Hopefully the message below will help you get off to a good start for the week.  Please feel free to forward the newsletter on to others that you think would benefit from the content.

Stress

Just about everyone lives a life filled with too many things and too little time.  The result of this is normally too much stress.  And yet there are those amongst us that never seem to show the sings of stress.  In addition, these same people that don’t show the signs of stress have LESS time and DO more things Why is that? While I do not know for certain, my observations lead me to believe is that they go about life with a different perspective.  A perspective that has them welcoming the presence of a life filled with meaningful activities that consumes their time.  Often, if you ask them about stress they’ll respond with “I’m too busy to have time to worry about that” or “How can I be stressed when I have such a full life?” That brings us to this week’s question:

  • What’s your perspective on life and how’s your stress level?

Thanks for sharing a bit of your time with me this Monday morning and I wish you all the best for the week. Curt
