Book Summary – The e-Myth Revisited

One of the most widely recommended books for those starting a new business / beginning the entrepreneurial journey is Michael Gerber’s The e-Myth Revisited. Gerber explains that there is a large difference between a technician, a manager, and an entrepreneur. He lays out a path for the reader to follow in order to make the transition through these these three important roles.
The key idea in the book is that you need to focus on working “on” your business versus “in” your business.
