What does it mean?

Completed Staff Work means:

• You don’t walk into your leader’s office with a half-baked question.

• You don’t wait for instructions on every detail.

• You own the issue until you have a recommended solution ready to approve.

In other words:
Present the decision, not the dilemma.

Why this matters more than ever

Leaders today are overloaded and stretched thin—meetings, decisions, strategy, execution…everything.

When you bring fully developed solutions instead of raw problems, you:
