Confident
I love to spend time on the water bass fishing. And anyone who has seen my tackle collection will tell you, I have gone WAY over the top in everything I have acquired over the years.
Here’s the irony: The lures and tackle aren’t really the key to my catching the fish. Rather, it’s my ability to remain confident as I’m pursuing my prey that is the key. There are countless ways to catch fish; however, I have rarely caught anything when I am without confidence.
The same concept holds true in just about every area of life. Does being confident guarantee success? Nope. But NOT being confident is almost an absolute guarantee of failure. And when it comes to feeling confident, that is something that is within our own personal control.
That brings us to this week’s question:
- Are you confident?
