Monday Morning Motivation – Encouragement

Sharing Resources to Help You Grow Personally, Professionally & Financially

Sometimes it helps to get a little dose of encouragement—along with a good cup of coffee!—to start the day. Today we discuss "encouragement."

Hopefully the message below will help you get off to a good start for the week.  Please feel free to forward the newsletter on to others that you think would benefit from the content.

Encouragement

Some words have a positive “feel” to them. Encouragement is one of these words. I believe that is because we all understand and can relate to the pain of struggling.

  • Life is hard—no ifs, ands, or buts about it!

Each day we face personal, professional and spiritual challenges. We struggle to stay on track and stay positive. When we think we have it, something trips us up. It is easy to get down. And then someone closest to us says:

  • “I know you, and I know you can do this.”

If the person speaking with us is someone that knows us, someone who we respect, someone that we are doing life with, the act of encouragement is enough to get us through the temporary tough place. Because we know how difficult life is at times, we also know how powerful it is to be around those who offer encouragement.

That brings us to this week’s question:

  • Are you offering encouragement to your friends and family?

Thanks for sharing a bit of your time with me this Monday morning

Have a great week!

Curt
