Celebration
As we approach the end of October, we are just around the corner from multiple Holiday Celebrations.
Celebrations are awesome, as they are normally associate with overcoming an obstacle or a challenge—be it personal, professional, or spiritual. Unfortunately, too often we move on from the positives too quickly and fail to make/take the time to celebrate. That is a real shame, as the old adage that “everyone likes a good party” is very, very true!
Taking the time to celebrate our accomplishments personally, professionally, or spiritually allows us to enjoy the blessings in our lives. Furthermore, it allows us to share those blessings with others. Moving on too quickly deprives both us and those around us the joy associated with achievements. And that is NOT a good thing!
That brings us to this week’s question:
- What is keeping you from having a celebration in your life today?
